We understand that plans can change. To ensure peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations. This way, you can protect your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. We ask for payment in advance which is not refundable, in case you need to cancel please be aware of this policy.


Cancellation Policy – Alentejo Holidays

By confirming your reservation with Alentejo Holidays, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds:

  1. Non-Cancellation and Non-Refundable Policy:
    All reservations made with Alentejo Holidays are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. This policy ensures the exclusivity of your reserved stay and allows us to guarantee the availability and preparation of our  houses for your arrival.

  2. No Transfer of Bookings:
    Bookings are non-transferable. Once confirmed, the reservation is locked to the guest's chosen dates and cannot be transferred to alternate dates or other individuals.

  3. Guest Responsibility:
    We recommend careful planning and consideration of the dates before confirming your reservation. By making a booking, you agree that any changes to your personal schedule, unforeseen events, or changes in circumstances will not entitle you to a refund or adjustment of your reservation.

  4. Force Majeure:
    In the unlikely event that Alentejo Holidays is unable to fulfill your reservation due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will issue a full refund. This applies only to circumstances classified as force majeure.

  5. Insurance Recommendation:
    To provide peace of mind in case of unexpected changes in your plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations. This way, you can protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
