What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check In from 14.30 pm and Check Out 11 am. Please note after 20.00 in reception there is no one. After that hour we have a system for your self check-in.
How do I check in?
When you make a booking you will get a confirmation email and one day before arrival you will receive via email a code to the lock in the tiny house door. Every house has a name and its own color for you to easily find the house in the farm.
Do you offer airport transportations?
Yes, we offer pick up from the airport and back by request for an extra charge of Lisbon 240 euros for 1 person and every extra person 20 euros more and Badajoz 150 euros for 1 person and 20 euros more per extra person.
Is there a pool?
There is a pool and ice-bath and sauna will be coming soon.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is always made in advance via our booking system.
Cancellation Policy?
This will come later.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed (dogs on a leash). There will be an extra cost of 25 euros/day.
Is there a WIFI connection?
Yes, fast WIFI connection is provided for free.
Are cottages with a private bathroom?
Every tiny cottage has a private bathroom with a shower.
Can I park there?
Free parking is provided in the farm.
Do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is served upon request with a cost of 15 euros per person.
Is there a restaurant service?
We offer breakfast by request. There are restaurants nearby, you can check them in the restaurants nearby section.
When is the swimming pool open?
Swimming pool and ice-bath are open all year around from 9am to 19pm.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in marked outside areas to avoid fires. Smoking is not allowed in tiny houses.
Is the place safe for kids?
At Tiny Cottages of Alentejo Holidays, the safety and comfort of all our guests are our top priority. We work diligently to provide a safe environment for everyone, including families with children. However, parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children, particularly toddlers, throughout their stay. While we strive to maintain a secure space, we kindly remind you that if something were to happen, parents and guardians bear full responsibility. Your attentiveness is key to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for your family.
Are there children beds?
We have bunk beds for 2 people. There is 1 cot available at this property by request. There are no Extra beds available in these tiny houses. Number of people who can sleep has been marked to each house.
