Often, we unconsciously carry old patterns and beliefs that we adopted in childhood from our parents, teachers, and environment. These deeply rooted beliefs can prevent us from realizing our full potential and living our authentic selves. In the powerful and healing presence of horses, you will have the opportunity to recognize and release these blocks.

The horses, as gentle and intuitive companions, will guide you through this process of self-discovery. Workshop Content:
- Exploration of Beliefs: In a safe and supportive environment, you will be encouraged to look deep within and identify the beliefs that have followed you to this day. What beliefs did you inherit from your parents, teachers, or society that aren’t truly your own? With the help of the horses, you will learn to recognize these beliefs and understand their impact on your life.
- Releasing Old Patterns: Horses teach us to live in the present moment. They help you break through old patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you. Through their immediate response to your inner state, you will learn to release negative beliefs and develop new, positive ones that support your true self.
